The batch type function is very important for the pipe insertion as it allows it accelerating.
Acceleration is required to allow the cleaner pipe nozzle overcoming minor obstructions in the drainage pipe, for example, joints or small slopes.
For the remote control system, we offer the Automatic Cruise System, which is safe for the cleaner pipe and efficient rinsing. By inserting the cleaner pipe in the drainage pipe and pressing the function of the automatic cruise system, the pipe in the drainage system is inserted automatically, if the pipe stops and no longer moves forward, then the safety system automatically triggers.
If the cleaner pipe stops and does not move forward for more than 4 seconds, it is automatically pulled back for 7 seconds, then resumes forward and backward until you disable this function.
But if you work without an automatic cruise system, the cleaner pipe will stop if there will not be a movement within 4 seconds.
Why it is needed:
- If an operator working with a cleaner gets distracted and does not see that the cleaner pipe has stopped and no longer moves forward, then it is possible to break the cleaner pipe, or the rubber wheels will burn it.
- If the drainage pipes are clogged with sand or earth, this function will help the drainage pipe to flush out better and make the operator’s job easier, as there is no need to concentrate on the cleaner pipe all the time.
